The patient began to see again

The patient began to see again

On 23 December 2013, Nadir Fattayevich Cemilov, 56, came from Istanbul to Baku with virtually no vision. He is Turkish by nationality, but lives in Ukraine. His son-in-law lives in Turkey and he was treated there for a long time.

The case story

_news11042014On 24 September 2012, he had a heart attack followed by vomiting and hiccups. It was a cardiac arrest with left ventricular aneurysm.

On 6 November 2012, he suddenly had a stroke in his spinal cord and paresis of both legs.

He was taken to a neurological hospital and diagnosed with an ischemic spinal stroke in the basin of the artery of Adamkiewicz and malfunction of the pelvic organs.

news12042014On 21 February 2013, he underwent heart aneurysm surgery. The condition of his heart improved. His legs gradually began to recover. The patient started walking.

On 22 April 2013, the vision of the right eye sharply deteriorated in three days. Brain MRI was done and turned out to be normal. He went to Kiev.

Treatment was conducted, but there was no effect. The treatment in Turkey did not produce any result either.

He learned that the HAT Medicine clinic in Baku treats optic atrophy. He contacted us. Finding out that the field of view was practically undetectable in the patient, we did not guarantee success. But the patient still arrived at his own risk.

When he arrived, the field of view, which was undetectable, was checked (Fig. 2). The optic disc in the fundus was white (Fig. 1)

Visual acuity in the right eye was 0.01 and was not correct. With the left eye, he could count the fingers in front of his face. The patient’s orientation was difficult.

news10112014The pupil almost did not react to light on the right and was very weak on the left.

On 27 December 2013, after taking a bacteriological test and determining sensitivity to antibiotics, antibacterials in small doses were selected. The test worked only from the right eye. Treatment was started.

Treatment was conducted for 6 days. After the treatment, there was a slight strengthening of the reaction of the pupil to light. But the patient did not notice significant improvements during the 6 days he spent in Baku after the treatment. That is why we did not record a video.

But he was told that his vision would improve over the next 6 months. We were pleased when in a phone conversation after a month, the patient said that his vision had improved markedly and he could move around independently.

We posted a letter received from his son-in-law on the website.сообщите-возможность-лечения

I would like to briefly write about the treatment and the results of the treatment.

On 22 December 2013, we arrived in Baku.

On 23 December 2013, Dr Rasim Hajiyev began an examination. The results were not comforting, and the field of view was almost zero. The pupil almost did not react to light. Despite the results of the examination, we decided to start treatment, and the next day we began give eye tests.

The test of the right eye came out at once, the left one was done again, but it never came out.

Rasim bay decided to treat according to the tests of the right eye.

On 26 December 2013, the treatment was started. On 1 January 2014, we got the last injection and returned home.

In the course of the treatment, a strong dense fog appeared in the eyes immediately and there were no more changes.

In the morning, vision was slightly better (less fog), but by the evening, vision got worse. No obvious improvements or differences were detected.

After receiving treatment, a checkup was conducted once again.

The checkup found no improvement of eyesight, and it was at the same level. But the doctor had warned us in advance that this checkup is not done so soon and is conducted after several months.

The pupil reacted to light better, it was clearly noticeable. One of the eyes reacted clearly and confidently, and vision started to improve in the one in which reaction was very weak.

With these results, we returned home.

One month later, positive symptoms began to show. The patient began to distinguish some details that he did not see before. People’s silhouettes became clearer. Sometimes he started to distinguish the blinking eyes of people, which was not observed before.

In the second month after the treatment, the fog began to dissipate, and in the morning this was felt better than all. The quality of vision slightly improved, and he began to distinguish the alarm clock on the phone in close proximity to the eye. It did not happen before.

We hope that the trend will be positive in the future and we will be able to share good news.

I would also like to write about the doctor, his hospital and his method.

Dr Rasim Hajiyev is professional in his business and is a doctor with a heart of gold. He is very attentive to patients and is a very respectable man. He welcomes his patients warmly and cordially, listens intently and looks into the case story. He responds to any questions related to treatment and gives full information about his assumptions, possible consequences and so on. In the stage of determining treatment options, he does a great job with patients, promptly responds to emails and most importantly, he maintains an open and honest dialogue. He takes only the cases that really fall under his purview.

The method developed by Dr Rasim bay showed its effectiveness in our own experience, and we think that if patients with atrophy were able to receive treatment by this method in the initial stages, the effect would not be long in coming. Rasim bay has enough living examples of partial or complete recovery of sight in his experience. Based on these examples and from my own experience, it is safe to say that this method is real and gives hope to people who have lost their eyesight due to the atrophy of the optic nerve.

We want to thank Rasim bay and his team for their warm reception and treatment. We ask the Most High to give them more for their good deeds.

I advise everyone to appeal to this clinic. Dr Rasim bay can be trusted.

P.S. Following the publication of this article, I received a letter from Dilavar bay. There are some inaccuracies in the article, for which I apologize. I am publishing his letter in full.
